Our team combines experience as senior managers, consultants and educators in all sectors with many years of practice as students and teachers of an authentic system of meditation.
Previous organisational roles roles include: founding CEO of the NHS training authority, senior research manager with Hewlett Packard, visiting teaching fellow at Bath University School of Management. As consultants and facilitators we have worked with organisations including SONY, TESCO, UK Home Office, NHS and many others, in UK as well as in Hong Kong, Russia, Australia, Kenya and New Zealand.
In addition to this practical business and organisational experience we each have an average of over 15 years experience practising and teaching meditation, working closely as colleagues with one another and sharing the inevitable ups and downs in our working lives and on our personal journeys. We think this places us extremely well to respond to whatever your personal, professional or organisational questions are with a combination of real openness, concrete and practical expertise and some insightful and provocative ways to think differently about your work and organisational life.
